What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a specification, a claim or a link on the site is wrong, tell us which page and we will fix it. Manufacturers change specs between production runs, so an owner’s eye is genuinely useful.
- Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, see our Privacy Policy for how this works.
- General questions about how the site works or how it is funded. Our How We Choose and Affiliate Disclosure pages answer most of them.
Before you write
We read every message, but we can’t offer personal advice on which bike to buy, diagnose a fault on your bike, or give legal advice on where you can ride. Your dealer, a local bike shop or your state’s DMV will serve you better on those. If a battery is smoking or on fire, get out, close the door and call 911.
We don’t accept payment for reviews or for a place on our lists, so please don’t send requests for paid placement.
